NEOM has announced the Norlana town, its ninth region, on the Gulf of Aqaba, in the northwest of the country. Designed by 10 Design, the coastal town will be a part of a cluster of four other tourist developments planned to be built on the Gulf (Utah, Leyja, Epicon, and Siranna) and will host 3,000, with 700 apartments and two hotels.

Norlana fuses advanced technology with contemporary luxury to create an exclusive community of 3,000 residents. “Norlana creates a unique environment, setting a pioneering standard for sustainable modern living,” added NEOM.

With a state-of-the-art 120 berth marina, Norlana will serve as an international hub for superyachts, with water taxi services available for residents and guests. The superyacht members club will also be a place where yachting enthusiasts can relax and enjoy exceptional dining experiences, while taking in stunning waterfront views.
