NEOM has received bids for the construction of the spine water transmission infrastructure worth SR1.9 trillion ($500 billion) for THE LINE project.  China Harbour Engineering Company and South Korea’s Hyundai Engineering are two of the companies that have submitted the bids. 

China Harbour Engineering Company is curently involved in the Lekki Deep Sea Port in Nigeria. Dredging and reclamation work is 98.43 per cent done, while work on the quay wall is 96.07 per cent finished, according to the authority.
