NEOM is working with Hong Kong-based 10 Design as the lead consultant for its newly launched Epicon towers project, which will be one of the flagship developments of its Gulf of Aqaba development. The project, previously known as the Gas Station Hotel, involves the construction of a twin-tower hotel, with the towers measuring 275 metres and 225 metres in height. The hotel will have 41 keys and 14 residential suites and apartments.
The Adventure Hotel is designed by Dutch Office for Metropolitan Architecture. The asset will be built in a location that is folded into the cliff top with valley sides. The building structure ascends the mountain wall like a staircase. Italy's Mario Cucinella Architects is the consultant for the Oasis Hotel, which will be built in the middle of the wadi's oasis.
