Hyundai Engineering & Construction has won orders to build large-scale infrastructure (SOC) such as power plants, railroads, and roads in the Middle East and Latin America, which have high growth potential, and is stepping up efforts to overcome the construction recession crisis.

Hyundai Engineering & Construction plans to establish a firm position in the Middle East construction market, led by Saudi Arabia and NEOM.  The company has won a series of large projects with abundant construction experience and leading technology, solidifying its leading position in enriching the lives of the people of the country.

In 2023, Hyundai Engineering & Construction succeeded in winning an order for the Saudi NEOM City Tunnel Project. The project is the underground tunnel construction of "THE LINE," one of NEOM City's core projects, and is a key project for NEOM City's high-speed and freight rail services.
