Minor Hotels has confirmed an Anantara TROJENA resort will open within NEOM. The luxurious hotel will have a big focus on its spa offering, and adds to a growing list of super-hotels earmarked for the Middle Eastern ski holiday haven. Situated within the valley cluster of TROJENA, the upcoming Anantara resort will add to the area’s Water Village. This district, known as The Valley, is currently undergoing development to become centered around a magnificent 2.8km artificial freshwater lake.
The Anantara TROJENA resort will have 270 keys, two signature restaurants, an all-day dining space, a cafe, a high tea lounge and a majlis cafe on its rooftop. Like the rest of NEOM, TROJENA will be powered by renewable energy.
Known for creating resorts and hotels that reflect their location and blend harmoniously with nature, Anantara's latest offering will include two speciality restaurants and an all-day dining venue with a show kitchen. It will also have a rooftop majlis cafe and a high tea lounge.
"TROJENA redefines the understanding of year-long ultra-luxury hospitality and mountain tourism. With the addition of the Anantara in our iconic Water Village, we will be elevating the travel experience for discerning guests. The Anantara will serve as a luxurious sanctuary along the edge of TROJENA’s new lake, situated in a region that will offer the Gulf’s first outdoor ski resort and where world-class sporting events, art exhibitions, concerts, and cultural festivals will be staged." Philip Gullett, executive director and region head at TROJENA
