The torch for the 2nd edition of the 2023 Saudi Games has arrived in NEOM as part of the promotional campaign for Saudi Arabia’s largest sports event, which will be held in Riyadh from November 26 to December 10.

Amid massive celebratory atmosphere of the NEOM Beach Games, NEOM sport sector chief Jan Paterson was handed the torch which was then passed on to former footballer Saud Al-Khaibari and female cyclist Mashael Alhazmi.

More than 8,000 athletes from over 200 Saudi clubs will participate and will compete in 53 events, six of which are Paralympic, and 12 are youth sports.
