Sir Alex Ferguson will have the chance to secure further international honours after Richard Fahey confirmed his Spirit Dancer is on course for the NEOM Turf Cup in Saudi Arabia later this month. NEOM has announced an exciting partnership with the Saudi music entertainment company, MDLBEAST, to open an ultra-modern beach club on NEOM’s luxury island, Sindalah. The Sindalah Beach Club will offer year-round premium experiences to a diverse range of audiences brought together by their love of music and culture. MDLBEAST will handle the end-to-end operations, starting from the preparations during the venue pre-launch to the management of the destination.
More plans have been revealed for the massive upcoming NEOM development which is currently remaking the Saudi Arabian landscape. Named Xaynor, this latest project will offer an ultra-exclusive club for well-heeled guests that takes the form of an unusual rocky outcrop. Xaynor will be located on the Gulf of Aqaba, on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coastline, which is the same site as the recently unveiled Zardun and Epicon skyscrapers.
The Gayal wind farm, straddling 164 square kilometers with a capacity of 1,200MW, is set to be constructed northwest of the former town of Gayal in Saudi Arabia’s Tabuk province by Enowa, a NEOM subsidiary. Originally, the bid submission deadline was set for January 29.
The Board of Directors of NEOM has announced Xaynor, a beachfront private members club, nestled among the rocky landscapes along the pristine coastline of the Gulf of Aqaba. Xaynor is the latest addition to the evolving regional development in northwest Saudi Arabia.
NEOM opened its first US-based office in New York City at 50 Hudson Yards in Manhattan. A statement released Monday said Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the US Princess Reema bint Bandar and NEOM’s CEO Nadhmi al-Nasr attended the official opening. Last November, NEOM opened its first international office in London.
Topian, the NEOM Food Company working to future-proof food systems, marked the first day of the Saudi International Marine Exhibition & Conference (SIMEC) with three strategic partnership agreements.
Topian signed a key agreement with The National Livestock and Fisheries Development Programme (NLFDP), focused on research and technological development, sustainable aquaculture practices in the Red Sea, and establishing a national seafood market.
King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) has chosen Egis, a prominent international engineering, consulting, and operating firm, to offer project and construction management consultancy (PMCM) services. Egis will oversee the design and construction of coral nurseries for the Reefscape Restoration initiative. Spearheaded by KAUST’s advanced technologies and innovations, the project aims to expedite and improve coral reef restoration, bolstering the resilience of the Red Sea coral for future generations in Saudi Arabia.
NEOM announced Tuesday it has signed a pact with Tabuk Fisheries Company to support the country’s ambitious goal of producing 600,000 tonnes of fish products annually by 2030. Endorsed by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA), the joint venture, Topian Aquaculture, aims to support the National Livestock and Fisheries Development Programme.
