Red Sea Global (RSG) is one of the five Giga projects of Saudi Vision 2030, officially declared by Saudi Arabia, including NEOM (Future New Town), Qidiya (Entertainment Complex), Roshn (Housing Development), and Diriya (Historical Site Development), and aims to create nature-friendly luxury resorts and well-being tourism complexes on the Red Sea and West Coast.
A $100 billion ‘eco-friendly’ Forest City that was supposed to be home to a million people is now little more than a ghost town. Situated on the coast of Singapore, the so-called ‘Forest City’ was launched in 2016 to much fanfare.

Saudi Arabia’s NEOM has issued a tender inviting companies to bid for a contract to develop the basic infrastructure for its Gulf of Aqaba development. The tender for the infrastructure works for District Six, also called Southern Gateway, was issued on 27 February.

U.S. law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has expanded its lobbying work to back Saudi Arabia’s NEOM project, a significant $500 billion high-tech development along the Red Sea. Brownstein’s role was revealed in compliance with the federal Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), a U.S. law requiring law firms, lobbyists, and similar entities to publicly disclose certain activities conducted on behalf of foreign clients.
