After coming out on top against Brazil in the NEOM Beach Soccer Cup final 2023, Spain looked to defend their title against a strong Brazilian side in this year’s final.  The deadlock was broken inside four minutes of the opening period as Paqui Campoy fired her shot into the top corner for the first goal of the match, and Spain’s lead was doubled minutes later as Carol Glez found the back of the Brazilian net.

It took until the final minute of the second period for the fourth goal of the match to be scored and it went the way of the defending champions once again with Benjamin Jr finding the net with 38 seconds remaining.

UAE goalkeeper Humaid netted his nation’s first goal of the final, but the Brazilians were lethal in front of goal once again as Rodrigo and Bruno Xavier scored Brazil’s fifth and sixth goals of the game to seal the title in NEOM once again.
