Provides leadership to the Infrastructure commercial, procurement and project controls functions to ensure effective programme delivery and the establishment of leading practice analysis and reporting.

Provides in-house commercial and risk management acumen to be applied to the development of delivery/business strategy and project implementation.

Provide leadership in the development and enforcement of administrative procedures for effective and economic performance within terms and conditions of programme contracts and policies.

 Lead the development and implementation of the Spine Infrastructure contracting strategy to ensure effective programme delivery, forming an effective management conduit between NEOM’s legal, procurement and leadership team and all external service providers particularly the EPM.
